Platform Usage Terms 📋
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or ordering from the ChickNBites platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Ordering & Branch Radius
Our delivery services are restricted to specific geographical regions within Patna. Orders placed outside the delivery radius of active outlets will automatically fail validation. It is the customer's responsibility to select the closest active branch.
3. Pricing & Billing
Prices listed on the platform are inclusive of active restaurant taxes. Final bills will specify item totals, platform fees, delivery charges, packaging charges, and coupon discount validation details. All transactions are simulated for testing purposes in local modes.
4. Simulated Checkout & Coupons
This application utilizes dummy checkout processes. Coupons applied are subject to minimum order validations and usage limits as configured by outlet administrators.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the local laws of Patna, Bihar, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Patna High Court.
